More than a bed and breakfast, a cordial welcome too. If you love gardens and tranquillity, but for any reason you visit Naples ... this is the place to be! In the front of the house you find the throbbing of city life, with typical restaurants, shops, bars and pizza restaurants. In the back you find birds singing, tranquillity and relax in a eighteenth century private garden closed by walls and surrounded by other gardens. In a typical 18th century building, on the first floor, we have three rooms with their own bathroom; on the mezzanine floor you find our breakfast area with access to our secret garden. Central railway station, metro, museums, ancient roman decumans, and Neapolitan marvels are only few minutes away walking. Besides, bus stop is in front of our building. Our concept of hospitality is to let you feel in a family, at home; but, if you prefer so, your privacy will be respected. Our main goal is to make your staying the cosiest possible. We know our city and its usages and customs; we will be happy to assist you in enjoying Naples at its best. We currently speak English (as well as French and Dutch) and we love cultural contacts. We are in Napoli in via Foria 216, in front of the andquot;Orto Botanicoandquot; (Botanical Gardens). Intercom number 1008 or 1009 (remember to press andquot;Candquot; key). You can reach us by train, from the Central Railway Station, take a public bus (either nr. 201 and 254 direction andquot;piazza Carlo IIIanddeg;andquot; bus stop andquot;Orto Botanicoandquot; or busses 35, 148 and 14 to stop at piazza Carlo IIIanddeg;). Taxis are available in andquot;piazza Garibaldiandquot;. By plane, from the airport, take bus 3S to reach piazza Carlo IIIanddeg;. From there you can just walk or take bus 201 direction andquot;Orto Botanicoandquot; that stops in front of our building. By car, arriving from motorways, take the andquot;Tangenzialeandquot; speedway and exit at andquot;Doganellaandquot;. From there, follow the road to the first traffic light and turn right in andquot;via don Boscoandquot;. At the end of that street (2-3 kilometres) you get in piazza Carlo III, after a detour because of road works in progress; keep going to via Foria driving first along the andquot;Albergo dei Poveriandquot; (colossal building erected by king Carlo III of Bourbon) and then along the Royal Botanic Gardens where you can park your car. By boat at andquot;molo Beverelloandquot; (ferries to islands of Capri, Ischia, Procida, ...) take in andquot;piazza Municipioandquot; bus 201 direction andquot;Museo Archeologicoandquot; and stop at the andquot;Orto Botanicoandquot;. Besides, Metro station is not far away from our Bed andamp; Breakfast (5 minutes walking); Metro lines 1 and 2 stop at andquot;piazza Cavourandquot;. Otherwise, in piazza Cavour, by public transportation our house is easily reached by busses nr. 47, 182 o 201 in direction of andquot;Orto Botanicoandquot;. Tickets are available at any newspaper shop or tobacconists.
